My name is Grace Manderfeld, and I am a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Stout with a BFA in Interior Design.

I chose to study Interior Design because I would always envision how my future home would look, help my family make decisions with wall décor and furniture items, and spend hours on The Sims furnishing the perfect home for my family… only to lose interest in playing the second I finish the house. I have always been interested with the different styles of design, the variety of different spaces, and the thought process that goes into designing the perfect home.

Upon reaching college, I learned about both residential and commercial design, and found love for both. My palette for design continued to grow and I started seeing the world through the eyes of a designer. I now find myself walking into commercial spaces or another person’s home looking for opportunities to improve the overall space and how I can make an impact for those utilizing the area.
